So i made stacks upon stacks for my hungry brothers. These were right out of a mix. You can use Aunt Jemima, Betty Crocker, or get fancy and go high protein gluten free with brands like KNOWFOODS or HUngry Root.
As for the syrup, all you need is orange zest, brown sugar, blueberries + water. A vanilla bean or cinammon stick adds a nice touch. Add all ingredients to pot. Simmer until the blueberries start to break down. Remove the pods or sticks. Cover pancakes. Serve.
