Salmon with Ginger Coconut Hearts of Palm Noods + Rainbow Carrots

I’m really into these Palmini Hearts of Palm Noods. I like the texture. Theyre weirdly gooey and come in liquid. I do not rinse them. Just drain and add to pot. Here, I braised them in coconut milk with ginger.

Bag or Can Palmini Noodles
Coconut Milk
Jalepeno OR trader joes green jalepeno sauce _ HIGHLY recommend
Fresh Ginger
Baby Carrots
Salmon
Nutritional Yeast
Everyday Seasoning TJ

crispy skinned 🥥 salmon. super hot DRY pan. smokin. add salmon skin side down. cover with lid. do not touch. after 2-3 minutes, add a knob of coconut oil. baste fish with oil and add everyday seasoning. glaze with coconut amino acids @traderjoes turn heat to medium + re-cover with lid for 2-3 minutes flip—so salmon cooks to perfect medium rare. remove, but keep warm.
You can use same pot. Add coconut milk, about 1/4 cup. Add fresh ginger. and a pepper if you like it spicy. Do not cut it, just let the heat infuse it. Add drained noodles to pan and baby carrots to get soft. When done cooking, remove to plate. Add salmon on top with carrots. and Sprinkle with nutritional yeast (its REALLY good) Serve.
